There are six types of accommodation :

Type A: Five large studios ( 25-40 sqm ), for 2-3 people, with a bed/living room with a double bed or twin beds, kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning (extra charge), safe (extra charge), hair dryer, shower/WC and balcony, most of them with seaviews These studios are particularly suitable for the disabled.

B : Fourteen large apartments ( 37-43sqm ), for 2-4 people, ( some of which have the entrance from the balcony ), with one bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, living room with 2 beds, kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning (extra charge), safe (extra charge), hair dryer, shower/WC and 2 balconies, most of them with sea views.

B1 : Three large apartments ( 45-50sqm ), for 3-5 people as in type B, and with 3 beds in the living room.

B2 : Seven large apartments ( 50-60sqm ), for 4-6 people, as in type B, and with 4 beds in the living room.

C : One apartment ( 80sqm ), for 4-6 people, with living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms,satellite TV, air conditioning (extra charge), safe (extra charge), hair dryer, 2 bathrooms ( shower/WC and bath/WC ), and 3 balconies with seaviews and one large terrace of 70 sqm.

D : One large apartment ( 100 sqm ) on the first floor, for 6-8 people, with 3 twin bedrooms. It has a living room with sofa beds for 2 people, dining room with kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning (extra charge), safe (extra charge), hair dryer, shower/WC and bathroom/WC and 3 balconies, 2 of which have seaviews.

Breakfast can be arranged, at an extra charge and upon request.

A mini - market, tavernas and the busstop, which has a regular 30 min service to Rethymno city, are nearby. The apartments are cleaned 3 times a week, towels are changed twice a week and bed linen, once a week. The owner lives nearby and is always available for any information you may need. A car is recommend and there is plenty of parking space.
