The house has an entrance with marble steps, and on the elevated ground floor there is a very large simply furnished living room with TV and Stereo, built in kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, one bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower/WC, and a further bathroom with washing machine. Further to this on the same floor, but reached by a separate entrance, there is a fully contained annex apartment with kitchenette, shower/WC, and one bedroom with twin beds leading onto a large veranda.
An indoor marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are a further two bedrooms each with a double and a single bed, and each bedroom is en-suite shower/WC. There is also a small kitchenette area for the preparation of breakfast or light snacks. On this floor there is a further large partly covered balcony with patio furniture offering beautiful distant sea views. There is air conditioning (at an extra charge) in the living room, in the two bedrooms on the first floor, and in the bedroom of the annex apartment.

The nearest taverna is 300 metres from the villa and it is approximately 1,5 km to the nearest shops, while the nearest beach of Skaleta is 1200 metres away. A large variety of tourist amenities can be found in Rethymnon, at approx. 14 km distance.
