Each maisonette (100sqm) is suitable for 4-6 people, consisting of a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, shower/WC, air conditioning (included in the price), and veranda, all of which are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds, bath/WC and balcony.

There is a small, private swimming pool with sun terraces, situated to the front of the house. A BBQ is situated to the rear of the house, and there is a small utility room with washing machine, for shared use. Pretty views over the village and the surrounding mountains, can be enjoyed from the balconies and verandas. There are two shady arbours in the garden, with wooden benches and dining tables, for each maisonette.

The nearest mini-market and shops can be found in the village of Adele, approximately 250 metres away. A more extensive variety of shops, and tavernas can be found in Rethymnon, with its wonderful, Venetian atmosphere. Car hire is recommended.
