Village is built in Koutsounari, idyllically perched high in the
foothills of the mountains, and is set in generous 10000sqm grounds.
The apartments are carefully, tastefully and individually furnished
and offer enchanting panoramic views of Koutsounari and the sea,
which is approximately 2 km away.
Guests can
relax around the 126sqm large swimming pool, with pleasant sun
terraces and children‘s pool.
The building style and interior decoration have been modeled on
the style of old Cretan farmhouses, with most of the beds built
in and kitchens open to the living area, with electric hobs and
a fridge. Every spacious apartment has a large south facing sun
terrace with stone patio seating and wonderful sea views. Bathrooms
and kitchenettes are modern and very well constructed.
There are two types of accommodation to choose from.
A: Six studios to accommodate 2 people
and a child, having a bed/living room with a double and a small
single bed, a kitchenette, shower/WC and a terrace.
B: Sixteen apartments for 2-4 people,
with one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 sofa
beds, kitchenette, shower/WC and a terrace.
Shops and tavernas can be found in Koutsounari and there is a
car parking space in front of the house, a car is recommended.
