Nr. 3: Villa Argo, generously constructed on three levels, with air conditioning, is suitable for 5-6 people, and has three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one french double). The ground floor has an open plan sitting room with a small sofa bed, shower room/wc, dining area and kitchenette, leading to a rear terrace with patio furniture. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, a small oven, two gas rings, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The twin bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor, and has built in wardrobes and a dressing table. The other two bedrooms and a further shower/wc are on the upper floor. The double bedroom has a double bed frame and two mattresses, side by side, wooden floors, built in wardrobes, a dressing table, TV, and a window with sea and garden views. The other bedroom has a french sized double bed, a built in wardrobe, a small dressing table, a balcony with sea and garden views, and patio furniture. Further there is a portable barbecue and a safety deposit box available.
Nr. 5: Villa Orfeas is constructed in the more traditional style of a single storey small house, with air conditioning, TV and safety deposit box and is suitable for 4-5 people, with two bedrooms (one double and one twin bedroom). There is an open plan living/dining area with a single sofa bed, kitchenette with two electric rings, a small oven, fridge, and coffee machine, along with a dining table. The interiors are all well designed and equipped to the same high standards. This villa behind the owner’s house is set on the edge of the grounds, has a separate driveway, a front terrace with patio furniture, portable barbecue and garden views. In the basement of this villa, there is a storage room for the use of the cleaners.
Nr. 4 Villa Afrodite, generously proportioned with three ensuite bedrooms, is suitable for 6-7 people. The house is entered via a large patio with a portable barbecue; inside there is a spacious ground floor living and dining area with an open fireplace, a seating corner with a single sofa bed, an open plan well equipped kitchenette with dining table and chairs and a safety deposit box. There is a separate wc on this floor. Downstairs there is a lower ground floor bedroom with twin beds, and shower/wc ensuite. There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one double and one twin bedroom), each with a balcony with either sea or mountain views. The bedrooms have beamed ceilings, built in wardrobes, air conditioning, and each has a shower/wc ensuite.
The gardens, the sun loungers, the patio furniture and even a small gym with a sauna, are for the use of all guests. Further there is a large barbecue area with bamboo seating and a fridge, and a traditional wood burning oven. The closest beach, which is a mixture of sand and shingle, is 800 metres away, across the coastal road, and the village of Maleme with its handful of small shops, café-bars and tavernas is also within walking distance. However, we do recommend a car.
