Yiannis’ Villas are each approx 100sqm in size, very tastefully furnished and well equipped, and there are two different types to choose from:
A: One villa (Stefanos) suitable for 4-6 people, has a large ground floor open plan living/dining area with 2 sofa beds, dining table, TV and air conditioning (included in the price). There is a fully equipped kitchenette with full cooker, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Off the living area there is a shower/WC, a small utility room with a washing machine, and a sun terrace with garden furniture and direct sea views. A marble inner staircase takes one to the first floor, which has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Further to this there is a bathroom/WC, and one balcony with sea views.
B: Each of the five villas (Maria, Georgos, Dimitris, Antonia and Jena) is suitable for 6-8 people. There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds, and one with double bed, a bathroom/WC, and one or two balconies with sea views. The villas Georgos and Dimitris each have an open fireplace. Further all of these villas are equally furnished and equipped as the type A villa.
The nearest taverna is approx. 500 metres away, and a mini-market along with further tavernas lie 1 km distance, so we recommend a car. There is a local bus service twice a day to Paleochora and back and, of course, in the town one has a large choice of tavernas, various coffee shops and shopping possibilities, a post office, a bank and general tourist amenities.
