Cheretiana above the magnificent Kissamos bay its sparkling sea
and inland hills.
Isolated as a peaceful place, but not in travel, it is only 10min to the nearest beach or 45min to Chania town.
Suitable for up to 6 persons this two storey house
is very comfortable and provides you with your own piece of countryside.
The interior has splashes of wood and stone, a pleasing combination
of modern, classic and traditional.
On the ground floor there is an attractive living area with sofas, fireplace, TV, stereo with CD player, PlayStation, dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a bedroom with twin beds, balcony with sea view and a WC/Shower on this floor. All rooms are air conditioned.
An internal staircase connects the two levels of the house. Upstairs there is one bedroom with double iron bed, TV and DVD player and a balcony with sea view. The second bedroom is with twin beds, dresser and windows with sea view. Both share a WC/Bathroom with two sinks and Jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine. A large veranda, accessed from the corridor, with bamboo furniture provides panoramic sea, village and mountain views.
Around the house is garden with barbeque, a 50sqm swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas and a parking inside the gates.
The village of Cheretiana, which has a couple of local cafeterias, is just 1km. The nearest beaches of Kissamos Bay, supermarket and restaurants are in 3km. Falassarna and Balos (Gramvousa Island) with their spectacular beaches could be reaching in 15km and there are 40km from the Chania town.
We recommend a car to be rented.
