These three brand new luxury villas lie under the shadow of the imposing and famous mountain of Stavros, where Anthony Quinn’s “Zorbas the Greek” was filmed.
Each villa (160sqm) is comprised of three levels and is designed in the same style, assembling a small complex. They are situated in a plot of 4 thousand sq. meters with plants and trees and private parking.
Each villa is suitable 6-8 people and has its own private 28sqm swimming pool.
There is one bedroom with twin bed with a shower cabin and WC on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of which is with double bed and a large veranda with Mountain View and one with single sofa bed which opens to a double bed and a balcony with sea view. There is also one bedroom in the basement with two single beds for use if there are 8 guests.
Also in the basement is a communal sitting room with bar, satellite TV, DVD and PlayStation. On the ground floor there is an open plan Living/dining room with fireplace, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with oven, 4 hot plates, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils. The living/dining room leads out to the pool veranda with patio furniture and sea view.
The area of Stavros has several beaches, hotels, taverns and cafeterias. Also it is an ideal location for hiking, climbing, and riding. Shopping and banking facilities are all available at a short distance. The city of Chania is 14km away and the airport of Chania 11km.
Car hire is recommended.
