Vigla Houses are situated on Vigla Hill, the name means “viewpoint”, which in earlier times was a look out point to warn of approaching enemies. From here you can see all away across to far away Palekastro, some 3 km in the distance. There are spectacularly wide ranging views over the magnificent coastline, with its inlets and coves.

The villas are set in 8000 sqm grounds surrounded by pretty gardens and olive trees.

Each house is comprised of two apartments, approx. 50 sqm in size, suitable for 4-5 people, and has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, a living/dining area, and a sofa bed. Apart from this there is a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower/wc. A wood burning stove in one of the apartments adds to the homely atmosphere. Each apartment has a sun terrace with splendid views over the Bay of Kouremenos and the backdrop of mountains. Above one of the apartments is a studio, which is used by the owner from time to time.

There are two tavernas on the nearest beach, Kouremenos Beach, which is about 1.5 km away. A further choice of tavernas, some shops and cafes can be found in Palekastro. Vigla Houses are an ideal place to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
