In the village there is a tavern, other amenities one can find in the village of Perama shops, supermarkets, a bakery, taverns, cafes, a post office and a bank.
Kamelia is a small complex, consisting of 3 individual apartments, each with one bedroom all with twin beds, living room with kitchenette and extra bed, en-suite WC/shower, air condition,TV and balcony or veranda. On the ground floor there is sitting area, TV and extra WC.

The two floors are connected by an outside-staircase and on the first floor is a big terrace with patio furniture and nice views.
In front of the complex there is a large terrace, which can be used, and there is also the swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. To the rear of the house is a small garden with some trees, colorful flowers and a BBQ area.

A car is considered to be essential in order to explore the area and the whole island.
