There is a choice of twelve sizes of accommodation, as follows:

Type A: Studios for 2 persons are 1-room apartments plus a WC-room with shower. Beds are built on the floor (traditional way). Available bed configurations include a double bed or two single beds.

Type A1: Superior Studios are more spacious than Studios and can accommodate 3 persons. They are 1-room apartments plus a WC-room with shower cabin. Bed configuration is one double bed and one extra bed (either single or bed/sofa).

Type B: Maisonette apartments are 1-room apartments with split levels (ground and upper level) for up to 4 persons (levels are not separated and connected through indoor stairs). In the upper level there is a wooden bedroom (the "ontas") with a double bed (with wooden roof - penthouse style). There are two more sofa/beds in the ground level plus a WC room with shower.

Type C: One-bedroom apartments are 2-room apartments for 3 persons. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a lounge area with one extra bed (single or bed/sofa) plus a WC room with shower.

There are also one-bedroom apartments for 4 persons, which are more spacious. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a lounge area with two extra beds (either single or bed/sofa) plus a WC room with shower.

Type C1: Superior one-bedroom apartments are 2-room apartments for 4 persons. They are more spacious than the one-bedroom apartments, at selected positions in the complex, with satellite TV. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a lounge area with extra two single beds plus a WC room with shower cabin.

Type D: Two-bedroom apartments are3-room apartments for 5 persons. They consist of two separate bedrooms, a lounge area with one extra bed (either single or bed/sofa), plus a WC room with shower. The one bedroom has a double bed and the other has either another double bed or two single beds.

Type D1: Superior Suites are 3-room apartments for up to 6 persons. They have a total area of around 60 square meters. They consist of two separate bedrooms, a lounge area with one or two more bed/sofas plus two WC rooms with shower (one WC room is private for the master bedroom). Some suites have regular kitchens (not a kitchenette) with large refrigerators.

Type E: Family Suite is a 3-room apartment, with a total area of around 80 square meters, accommodating up to 6 persons. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a lounge area, a sitting area, normal kitchen and oven, a large refrigerator, a large bathroom (with bathtub) and enjoys panoramic sea and pool view, as it is located just above the main pool area. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one two single beds. There are two more single beds and one bed/sofa in the sitting area. (There is only one unit available)

Type E1: Junior suite is a 1-room apartment, with lux furnishing and satellite TV, accommodating max 3 persons. It has a double bed plus one more bed/sofa and a WC room with shower cabin.

Type F: House Maisonette is a 2-room maisonette apartment, with split levels and a total area of 50 square meters, accommodating 4 persons. It consists of one bedroom upstairs separated from two more bed/sofas. This apartment is 100% stone-built and offers a real traditional Cretan atmosphere to our guests. Downstairs there is a sitting area with a kitchenette, a refrigerator plus a WC room with shower cabin. The house maisonette offers both a balcony and a terrace with sea view. (There are only two units available, adjacent to each other)

Type F1: Superior House Suite is a 3-room house apartment, with a total area of around 70 square meters, accommodating up to 6 persons. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a lounge area with one or two more bed/sofas, a sitting area, normal kitchen and oven, a large refrigerator and two WC rooms with shower cabins. There are only two units available, one above the other, and they both enjoy splendid, panoramic sea and pool view.

Type G (6 persons): Villas are two storey, stone decorated houses, with a total area of 110 square meters. There are three separate bedrooms in the house. In the upper floor there is one private WC room with shower cabin for the master bedroom, one more bedroom and a bathroom (with a bathtub). In the ground level there is another separate bedroom, one more WC room with shower cabin, a sitting area with fireplace and sofa*, normal kitchen area, large refrigerator, dining table, satellite TV. In the front of the villa there is a private pool and furnished area around the pool, enjoying lovely panoramic sea views of Hersonissos bay area. The villas are fully air-conditioned in all rooms (4 units inside) and offer all facilities of a private house. Each villa also has independent satellite receiver, offering more than 400 channels. (only 2 units available)
* There is an option for a sofa/bed in the lounge for sleeping a 7th person/child with an extra charge.

The nearest tavernas and small shops are only 200 metres away. A wide variety of shops, bars, cafes, tavernas and other tourist amenities can be found in Chersonissos. Car hire is recommended.
