Swimming pool With fabulous views and a beautiful location, these appealing neighboring villas have been recently constructed to a high standard. They are peacefully set in large grounds of 8000sqm, near the village of Gerani and some15km west of the town of Chania. Some steps lead down to the pool area and the barbecue. The open
kitchenette is well equipped with a full size cooker, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. On the ground
floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC. On
the upper floor there are further three bedrooms. The master bedroom
has a balcony with Mountain View and en-suite bathroom with shower/WC.
Two twin bedrooms share a balcony with marvelous views of the countryside
and the sea and a bathroom with bathtub/WC. In the bedrooms on the
first floor there is air conditioning available at additional local
charge. In addition there is also a safety deposit box and a washing
machine.
