Swimming pool These two villas are peacefully situated outside the village of Pirgos Psilonerou, in Western Crete, with the sand and shingle beach just 200m away down quiet lanes. The villas have individual entrance areas and each villa is situated on enclosed grounds of approximately 600sqm and has its own swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The well-tended gardens offer a variety of shrubs and flowers. The interiors of the villas are delightful and airy with modern furnishing.
The one-storey Villa Anni is 120sqm in size and suitable for 6 people. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main entrance is on the raised ground floor. There is a large open-plan living/dining area with an attractive seating corner with sofas, fireplace, TV, CD-player/radio recorder and a dining table. The open kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and well equipped with a full size cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. The kitchen has a door leading to a small balcony. The bedrooms are reached via three steps from the living area. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower/WC. Further there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC. Both bedrooms have a balcony with views of the countryside. There is a further bathroom with bathtub/WC and washing machine. There is a fan available. Delightful views over the sea and the
landscape can be enjoyed from the covered veranda, leading off the
living room. From the veranda some steps lead down to the beautiful
garden with barbecue and the attractive 35sqm triangular swimming
pool. The nearest tavern is approximately 300m away, while a mini market can be found at approximately 500m distance. The villages of Maleme and Platanias are approximately 3km away and offer a large variety of shops and tourist amenities. The town of Chania is approximately 15 km away.
