At the front of the house on a lower terrace, it has a 50sqm swimming pool, with surrounding sun patios, and sun loungers.
There are four bedrooms from which three have a double bed, and one has a double bed and twin beds. Further there is a shower/WC and two bathrooms/WC, one of which has a large corner-bath. Spaciously and artistically arranged on a variety of split-levels, with marble floors and rugs, there is a generous fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and open plan living room with a stone fireplace, a sofa bed, and comfortable seating.

There are large verandas leading off the rooms, offering magnificent views of the mountains and the sea. The villa is very well furnished and is equipped with modern facilities such as satellite TV, video, CD player, telephone, microwave, and a washing machine.
The nearest taverna is on the other side of Roussospiti, a short drive away. A large selection of shops and tavernas, and long sandy beaches can all be found in Rethymnon some 6 km away. We consider a car to be essential.
