Sevi Villa B: The 200sqm larger villa offers accommodation for 8-10 people. There are four bedrooms, which along with the living areas are air conditioned. The main entrance is reached via two flights of steps. In the living area there is a seating corner with a built in sofa and open fireplace. A handsome stone arch divides the room, with armchair-bed, and antique style unit housing with TV and HiFi. On this floor there is also a bedroom, with four poster double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with hair dryer (whirlpool bath). Further there is a study with desk/internet point, and a camp bed can be placed in this room, if required. A bathroom with shower/WC, leads off the study. The comfortable kitchen, with a door to the back yard, houses a big dining table for up to 12. Outside there is a covered courtyard with comfortable seating area and a built in BBQ, with sink unit. Two flights of steps lead up to a superb 60sqm swimming pool, with children's end, outdoor shower, and sun beds. A shady pergola, provides the perfect spot for glorious panoramic views over the village and the sea. An open tread wooden staircase leads off the living room to the upper floor to three bedrooms. The two twin rooms have panoramic views towards the sea, and one has an en-suite shower/WC. The double bedroom has a four poster bed and en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, and WC.
