Standing majestically on the hilltop overlooking Heraklion City and Dia Island Pentamodi Luxury Villas are perfect for those who need to escape and enjoy in absolute privacy ultimate holiday experience. This two newly built (2005), stylish villas have been individually designed with peacefulness and harmony of the ideal home in mind. Both villas have their own swimming pool (50sqm) with Jacuzzi and jet for swimming against the stream, garden with great pieces of green and parking space of 2-4 cars. The view is incomparable with panoramic sea view and fabulous sun-rising from the mountains.

Type A: Villa Rossa can accommodate 4-6 people. On the ground floor is an open plan living area (comfortable seating, where 2 people can sleep) and a fully equipped kitchen with a fearing cooker, oven, toaster, coffee machine, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and a separate WC and a door leads out to the terrace with patio furniture. On the first floor are the two bedrooms with en-suites marble bathrooms and one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Further there is a second living room, a Gym room with Sauna and a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tubs in a separate shower cabin.

Type B: the purple Villa Blue can accommodate 6-8 people and has three bedrooms. The ground floor has an elegant open plan living room (comfortable seating, where 2 people can sleep) and a fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC and a big window door, which leads to the terrace with a dining table and the swimming pool. A marble stair leads to the first floor with the three bedrooms, two double bed and two single beds. All bedrooms have an en-suite marble bathroom. There is also a modern living room and a Gym room with sauna and a marble bathroom with a separate shower cabin with Jacuzzi tubs.

Both Villas also offers direct dial telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, iron with ironing board, Internet access, LCD-TV (Satellite) and DVD players.

About 150m away there is a riding course with cafeteria and Restaurant. The next beach is 10km, Heraklion City 15km and the village Pentamodi only 500m away. A car is recommended.
