A further four stone buildings house the apartments, which are of excellent standard, and tastefully furnished. All the apartments have central heating included in the price, and have Cable TV. There are two sizes of accommodation available, as follows:
A: Eight apartments on the ground floor, each suitable for 2-3 people, with one bedroom (twin beds), a shower/wc, and a living room with a sofa bed, and mini bar.
French doors lead to a sun patio.
B: Five apartments. Four on the first floor, suitable for 4-5 people, with two bedrooms (1 x double and 1 x twin), shower/wc, living room with sofa bed, stone fireplace, mini bar, Cable TV, and a covered balcony offering lovely views. The fifth apartment is actually a detached wooden cabin, designed in the style of a maisonette, and sits high on the hillside above the Lodge.
The following activities, which are variously priced, can be pre booked, generally one day before, at the Lodge Reception:
• Hunting of Fowl. In privately owned and managed land. All necessary equipment supplied, dogs if required, and guides.
• Target Shooting. Shooting Range. Instructors and variety of competitions.
There is a small village about 1 km away and has a few little tavernas and a shop. The nearest beach can be found at Sfakia or Frangokastello on the south coast, or on the north coast at Georgioupolis, which is approx. 20 km away. A car is essential and there is ample car parking space provided.
