Car hire included Swimming pool This recently renovated traditional stone built house is situated in the village of Kamilari. Great care has been taken to design and colour, with dark wood interiors, creating a cosy but medieval atmosphere. The villa is ideally for 4- 6 people and comprises of a spacious living room decorated in light, fresh colours, with comfortable sofas (some can be converted to beds), fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, HI-Fi system and looks out to the enclosed garden and swimming pool.
A stone archway leads to the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A spacious bedroom is situated in the basement of the house comprising of an ornate wooden double and a single bed, washing machine, hair dryer and small room with hydro massage and ham-am. Wooden stairs lead to another bedroom which looks out to the pretty garden. This wooden floored room is furnished with double bed and sofa bed. The terrace on top of the house is surrounded by pretty terracotta pots filled with an array of colourful shrubs. From here one can sit and enjoy the view over the village and surrounding countryside. Facilities include a private swimming pool with barbeque area situated in a delightful garden with sitting area and private parking. The house is equipped with air condition, safe and electric iron. All necessary shops, tavernas and minmarkets can be found in the village of Kamilari while a larger variety can be found in Matala, Mires and Tympaki.
