Swimming pool Those two very elegant, traditional and comfortable new villas are situated on a small hill in the picturesque and mountainous village of Vlychada. The moderate piece of land (6000 m2) is surrounded with flowers and many olive trees and is tastefully separated in smaller gardens with artistically build stone walls. There is a magnificent view over the port of the small holiday resort Bali which is only 3 km away with its sandy beaches, mini markets, restaurants, bars and shops. This well known area is perfect for visitors seeking peace and relaxation.
The central position on the north coast of Crete makes the villas easily accessible from all ports, airports, to the archeological sites, many traditional villages and the well known beaches of Western and Southern Crete. There is a public line-bus to Heraklion (approx. 50km) and to Rethymnon (30 km), and the historical Orthodox Monastery of Saint Antonios with its rich Greek Religion Culture can be easily accessed with a 5 minutes walk! DIMITRIOS A: A villa of 90m2 which can comfortably accommodate 4 adults+1 child with the possibility of winter use due to central heating. the villa comprises of a spacious living room with SAT-TV. an open full-size Kitchen (microwave, freezer, coffee machine, dish washer, dining table, open fireplace with wood on request), traditional sofa bed / chairs and a large terrace in front of the house. On the same level there are two large bedrooms with mosquitto nets, one bedroom is with a draped four poster bed and the other with two single beds. From the bedrooms you can access the terrace and balconies which are traditionally furnished. The bedrooms share a marble bathroom with a hydro-massage bath, hair dryer and a washing machine. In the garden are situated the swimming pool with an outsire shower, modern sunbeds, umbrellas, a BBQ, outside grill, and comfortable seating overlooking the deep blue Cretan sea and the amazing views of the olive trees that surround the villa. The owners have planted also vegetables in the lower area of the plot and are quite happy for their guests to help themselves when in need! other facilities include a DVD player, Stereo, baby cot, air conditioning and safe (at local extra charge). Cleaning service, linen and towels are changed twice a week. DIMITRIOS B: A new villa of 165 m2 comprising of two floors, 85m2 in the first floor and 80m2 in the ground. The villa can accommodate 6 adults+1 child and is a friendly luxurious house. It will be possibly ready for living in but will not be for rent until the 2006 season.
