Villas
Car hire included Swimming pool These five individually styled and generously proportioned villas are set approx. 5 metres apart, and have a wonderful position, at the top of the mountain village of Roussospiti. There are fabulous panoramic views down over the village, with a spectacular gorge to one side, and a wide vista all the way across the Rethymnon coastline. The villas are of a luxury standard, spacious and very well appointed and each has a 40sqm pool finished in blue mosaic tiling. The swimming pool areas are equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, patio tables, and showers. The sliding glass doors and windows of the villas are equipped with mosquito nets. Care has been given to provide a high level of privacy for each villa. Air conditioning is included within the price, and a cleaning service is provided every other day, along with swimming pool and garden maintenance.
It is approx. 7 km to the old quarter of Rethymnon town and to all the major beaches. The nearest taverna can be found after 200 metres, and there is a mini-market some 100 metres away. Type A: Ilia-Daphne-Rossa.The villas are over 150sqm in size and can comfortably host 6 people (only Ilia is over 200sqm for 6-9 people). The main area of the villas are single storey but with split levels. In each villa the three bedrooms are all en-suite bathroom/WC, with ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a corner Jacuzzi style bathtub. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. The spacious living room is finely furnished with sofas, a Satellite TV, CD system, and a fireplace. There is also a guest cloakroom/WC. Alongside the living room there is a dining area furnished with a refectory style table that can seat 8 comfortably. The kitchenette is large and fully equipped, with a dishwasher, and microwave oven. The villa also has a washing machine with drying, and ironing equipment. On a lower floor only for villa Ilia there is a studio apartment for guests or accompanying staff/help for up to 3 persons (single beds), and a separate bathroom. The all around balconies provide glorious views of the gorge, and the northern coastline of Rethymnon. The little terraced garden areas are filled with fruit trees, and rose bushes offering wonderful aromas. On the western garden which overlooks the gorge, there is a barbecue area with a paved patio and a stone table with seating, the ultimate spot to dine and gaze at the glorious sunsets. Type B: Selini- Olivia. These villas are over 150sqm in size and 2-storey. They can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. In each villa there are three bedrooms located on the first floor, each with en suite shower/WC and very spacious wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a Jacuzzi style bathtub. The two front bedrooms, each with twin beds, share a very spacious balcony with magnificent panoramic views over the coast. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with two sofa, a fireplace, excellent furnishing, Satellite TV, CD system, and a guest cloakroom/WC. The adjacent dining area has a refectory style table which can seat 6-8 persons comfortably. The large kitchenette comes fully equipped, with a dishwasher and microwave oven. These villas have an indoor garage along with a washing machine with drying, and ironing equipment. The villas are surrounded by balconies with breathtaking views, and the gardens have young fruit trees, flowers and rose bushes, all beautifully scented.
