Reservation procedure

1. Consult our web page "Accommodation in Crete" in english or germany.

2. Select the accommodation (1 or 2 places) of interest to you, and send us your request for availability, via the form which can be found on each accommodation page.

3. After confirming availability for the dates indicated by you, we will communicate to you, as soon as possible, the names of the places available.

4. Once you have confirmed your choice, we book the accommodation selected.

5. You will then receive the letter confirming your reservation, as well as your invoce, which includes payment terms (20% deposit upon receipt of the letter, and the balance 30 days before the start of the rental period); general conditions of the rental; and a map of the region. (Note: a receipt is provided for all payments made).

6. After you have settled full payment, you will receive the reservation voucher, which is to be presented upon arrival at the accommodation in question.
