This carefully restored 19th century house is situated in the centre of the pretty traditional fishing village of Panormo and is positioned only 200 metres from the sea. It has been divided into five suites of very fine quality, richly furnished with beautiful antiques, yet offering the comfort of a modern luxury hotel. Each room has air conditioning, radio, TV, telephone, hair dryer, fridge, heating, mini bar and a safety deposit box. In the pretty little courtyard there is a swimming pool, a stone fountain, and tasteful garden furniture. There is also a breakfast room with a fireplace, and further to this a reception and a coffee bar. There is one ground floor suite and the other four are on the first floor.

Suite Artemis: This suite is suitable for 2-4 people. In a large bed/living room with a corner seating area, there is a romantic four poster bed, two sofa beds partitioned off with a screen, and a bathroom/wc.
Suite Odyssey: This suite is for 2-4 people. There is a large bed/living room, with a wonderful fresco depicting Odyssey, a corner seating area, two sofa beds, a bathroom/wc and a balcony with sea views over the rooftops of the village.
Suite Pandora: This suite is suitable for 2-3 people, with a bed/living room with a double bed and another sofa bed. There is a shower/wc and a triangular terrace with sun beds.
Suite Nefeli: This little maisonette is suitable for 2 people, has a wooden staircase to a sleeping gallery with a double bed. Downstairs there is a corner seating area, as well as a shower/wc.
Apartment Rea: This comfortably furnished split level apartment is suitable for 4 people, and is nicely arranged on different levels. There is a bedroom with a double bed, another room on a raised level with twin beds, and on a lower level again is the seating area, a small kitchenette, and a large marble bath/wc.
Shops and tavernas are a short stroll away. Cleaning at the Villa Kynthia takes place on a daily basis, along with a change of towels. Bed linen is changed every second day.
