Voiture incluse Piscine These two pretty country houses, named Minas and Katerina, are quietly positioned in the mountain village of Elia, which has 450 inhabitants only, and is situated 10 km from the airport of Heraklion, and 4 km from the beachside village of Kokkini Chani. The nearest taverna, cafenion, bakery and supermarket are easily reached after only some 100 metres.
The two villas share a 30 sqm Piscine. Both houses are furnished in traditional style, and all windows are double-glazed. Facilities are a coffee machine, hairdryer, and electric iron with ironing board. Air conditioning is included in the price. Villa Minas: The 115 sqm two-storey villa is suitable for 7-8 people. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/sleeping area with air conditioning, double sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and ceiling fan, and one with a single bed. The bathroom has bath/wc, and a washing machine. On the first floor, which is reached by an external staircase, are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and bathroom/wc ensuite, and the other bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning, and shower/wc ensuite. There is also a small living area with a sofa, satellite TV, and a large veranda. Villa Katerina: This restored, two-storey country house, is 75 sqm in size and suitable for 4-5 people. There is an open plan living/dining area with air conditioning, one sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette. A wooden open staircase is leading to a sleeping gallery with twin beds. Further there is a shower/wc with a washing machine. On the upper floor of the house there is one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a separate wc, and a veranda offering beautiful vistas all the way to the sea. The combination
of traditional style with modern comforts will guarantee a quiet
and relaxing holiday. We do recommend a car.
